  they advertised they were open til 10pm, we tried to book an appointment much earlier than this by phone (no answer, by the app which doesn't work) that evening obviously because it wasn't an emergency at that point. So we drove there because we couldn't get through.
  They we closed.
  The after hours mobile number was switched off. We go there all the time.
  I was informed informed 3 days later they are having a trial of closing at 6pm but do not think to change the hours advertised so patients can make alternate arrangements. So we went to emergency to see the clinic doctor. By the time we were seen by the hospital clinic hours later my child was admitted into emergency. This could have been avoided. I have complained to them about the mis information but they haven't responded they still haven't updated their hours anywhere on on the web or Facebook.

  Came here as we needed a prescription filled in holidays. Receptionist completely ignored us for two or three minutes before even acknowledging we were there. We were then informed there was no availability to see ANY doctors until 8.45pm the following night. Receptionist rudely shoved the info form into our hands and instructed us to come back when it was filled in.
  Disgusted with the lack of people skills, we sought an appointment elsewhere the same afternoon. When I phoned to cancel our appointment I was told it didn't exist. Not even an apology that our appointment had gone missing!!
  I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs!
